Our story began with a shared curiosity that slowly turned into a deep
passion. What started as a simple love for coffee grew into a journey of
discovery, learning about how it's grown, how it's processed and what goes into creating a great cup. Before long, that passion became something we couldn't ignore.

We took the leap to start Moja, and we built it into something that reflects what we care about: honouring every stage. From the farms where it’s grown to the moment it’s brewed; we believe that quality is created by precision at each step.

For us, roasting is a craft. We work carefully to bring out the unique character of each lot, highlighting the flavours and stories that make every origin special. When coffee is roasted with intention, it transforms into something truly unique, and that’s what we aim to share with every cup.

Beyond the coffee itself, what matters most to us are the people behind it. We take pride in building real, personal relationships with the producers we work with. These connections allow us to support them better and ensure they are paid fairly for their hard work. Supporting them means supporting the future of great coffee, and that’s something we’re deeply committed to.
